Monthly Mid-Day Wellness

Jumpstart your workday! Take a 15-minute wellness session to tackle your work week.

Join acclaimed yoga and wellness instructor Cara Gilman for a sprint session for breathwork, yoga, meditation, or a combination of all three. Cara will lead 15-minute sessions for CanalSide visitors from 11:30am-1:30pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. 

All are welcome, no equipment or yoga mat is needed, and the classes are completely free.

Sessions available: 

  • 11:45 to 12pm: Yoga Flow - Steady + Strong
  • 12:15 to 12:30pm: Releasing Meditation
  • 12:30 to 12:45pm: Yoga Flow - Twist it Out
  • 1 to 1:15pm: Intention Setting Meditation
  • 1:15 to 1:30pm: Yoga Flow - Happy Hips

*Dates subject to change without notice. Each session is centered upon a theme that will be carried throughout the meditation and yoga flow. Participants are welcome to join the whole session or attend a portion of it. Each meditation segment will work breathwork, and a guided visualization. Each yoga flow segment will consist of standing yoga postures. No yoga clothes or equipment is needed for these classes.
