Jumpstart your workday! Take a 15-minute wellness session to tackle your work week.
Join acclaimed yoga and wellness instructor Cara Gilman for a sprint session for breathwork, yoga, meditation, or a combination of all three. Cara will lead 15-minute sessions for CanalSide visitors from 11:30am-1:30pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
All are welcome, no equipment or yoga mat is needed, and the classes are completely free.
Sessions available:
- 11:45 to 12pm: Yoga Flow - Steady + Strong
- 12:15 to 12:30pm: Releasing Meditation
- 12:30 to 12:45pm: Yoga Flow - Twist it Out
- 1 to 1:15pm: Intention Setting Meditation
- 1:15 to 1:30pm: Yoga Flow - Happy Hips
