Bonsai Workshop: 4/18
Our friends from Craft Loft are hosting a Bonsai Workshop on Friday, April 18 from 6pm to 7pm located in CanalSide Food + Drink.
Get creative with planting your own bonsai tree, while learning about the ancient art of Bonsai, its history, fun facts and myth busters. Attendees will learn all the crucial steps needed (and why) to transition a bonsai-tree-in-training into its first real bonsai pot, and provide tops for care so that it will flourish for years to come.
Tickets: $105/person. Ticket purchase includes one beverage ticket with the options of premium beers, wine, non-alcoholic mocktails and soft drinks.
Materials: bonsai-tree-in-training (Juniper or Norfolk Island Pine based on availability), bonsai pot, wire, mesh, specialty bonsai soil, humidity tray, humidity rocks, river rock, tools.
